As a chartered member of the Landscape Institute Michael is qualified to carry out the following services:

Environment assessment

Michael is both experienced and qualified to provide visual and character analysis reports as well as visual envelope assessments all to a professional standard suitable for planning applications

Project management

With his experience in the construction industry Michael is more than qualified to oversee site work and co-ordinate both soft and hard landscape installations)

Survey

We can provide detailed site surveys, tree surveys and reports suitable for planning applications and tree removal/protection

Landscape design

Michael is a competent and innovative designer with the ability to produce designs for both soft and hard landscape.

Michael has an honours degree in Planning majoring in urban design (Oxford 1984) and a masters degree in landscape Design (Edinburgh 1993). He worked for 4 years in a large practice based in Kingston upon Thames working on major developments including projects for Safeway’s, Southern Water and the Highways Agency (M1 widening).
